HOME CARE AIDE

Home Care by Doctors is a doctor directed home living solution which is locally owned and operated in Saskatoon, SK. We are 100% CANADIAN and we are an organization that prides itself in making a difference in peoples lives every day. We have been growing fast and we are looking for compassionate and loving home care aids to provide ongoing emotional, spiritual and physical support to our clients.

Personal care duties may include, but limited to:

• Companionship

• Light housekeeping

• Preparing simple nutritious meals

• Engaging clients in Activities

• Provide support and care for those living with dementia

• Helping clients with errands, shopping, outings, and appointments

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, etc

Applicants must have:

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to speak, write, and understand English at a high adult level

• Full access to won vehicle

• Valid drivers license and insurance

• Clean Driver’s abstract

• Be able to pass background check

• Physical ability to lift and perform personal care duties

To successfully build a caregiver's schedule we work with the ongoing weekly availability (same days and times) each caregiver can reliably offer.

SPECIALIZED CAREGIVER

Home Care by Doctors is looking for caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship for our clients. HCBD is a doctor directed home living solution which is locally owned and operated in Saskatoon, SK. We are 100% CANADIAN and we are an organization that prides itself in making a difference in peoples lives every day. We have been growing fast and we are looking for compassionate and loving home care aids to provide ongoing emotional, spiritual and physical support to our clients.
Applicants would qualify for this position through the completion of post-secondary education in a related discipline (ie: Disability Support Worker, Continuing Care Assistant etc.) with a minimum of one year experience working with cognitively and/or physically disabled adults with high medical needs. Applicants must be comfortable in providing medical support as required. Sign language is desirable. Applicants must be available to work shifts that include days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Applicants must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to interpret, read, write and speak English fluently.
